表面活性劑在水基切削液中起滲透、擴(kuò)散、穩(wěn)定、清洗作用,是合成切削液與乳狀液必不可少的添加劑。三乙醇胺與脂肪酸可合成一種陰離子表面活性劑。不同配比、不同脂肪酸合成的表面活性劑其HLB值不同,可適合于不同水基切削液的需要。這些表面活性劑均有良好的乳化能力,若與非離子表面活性劑烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚配合使用,乳化效果更佳。
